位於 Banff Avenue 歷史悠久的 Hudson’s Bay 目前正在出售，但星期三便停止競標了。

這間佔地 12,398 呎的商店被描述為 “極其難得的機會”，由商業房地產公司 Avison Young 掛牌出售，雖然他們未能發表評論，但據報導，競標將於本星期三結束。

這間位於 #125 – Banff Avenue 的 Hudson’s Bay 在這個世界聞名的旅遊小鎮經營了 76 年。

商業房地產公司 Avison Young 對這個商舖的亮點包括以下：

• 全球零售品牌有機會在 Banff Avenue 開設店面零售店，與其他加國內和國際知名零售商並肩作戰。
• 在聯邦禁止擴大 Banff 土地基礎的城鎮中，所以在沒有新地點的情況下，這裡很難有店舖出售。
• 可以說是 Banff 最優質的零售店面之一。

今年 2 月，Hudson’s Bay 宣布將於 8 月關閉 Banff 的分店。

Banff 第一間 Hudson’s Bay 於 1935 年在 #202 – Banff Avenue 開業，該建築至今仍屹立不倒，被命名為 “Caribou Corner”。 在 1947 年，Hudson’s Bay 搬遷至目前位於 Banff Avenue 125號的位置，該位置於 1979 年通過吞併旁邊的餐廳空間進行了擴建。
